We do one thing.

Hair Transplant Bali is a hair transplant clinic. That is all we do. We do not offer skin packages, weight programmes, or a menu of unrelated procedures. We restore hair — every day, all day — and we have organised everything around doing that one thing carefully.
A clinic that does only hair transplant thinks about it differently. The donor area is not a quantity to be sold; it is a finite resource to be protected. A procedure is not a transaction to be rushed; it is a day's careful work. We are content to do one patient a day, properly, rather than many quickly.
We take only what you need. Every decision passes through a physician. We never stop learning. And we believe a result that can change a life should be within reach of the people whose lives it changes.
Millions of grafts. Each one placed by hand.
A hair transplant is built one graft at a time. A single follicle, lifted, kept alive, and placed at exactly the right angle and depth — then the next, and the next, for hours. There is no shortcut. The result is only ever as good as the care taken with each individual graft.
Across Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, over more than ten years, the GraftLab group has placed millions of them. Thousands of procedures. One graft at a time, by hand, every time. That is the experience our Bali clinic stands on.
When you sit down with us in Kerobokan Bali, you are not the beginning of something — you are the latest of thousands of patients cared for by a group that has done this, and only this, for over a decade. And in all that time, the approach has not changed: we still take only what each patient needs.

More grafts is not a better result.
Some clinics sell hair transplants by the number — one visit, the maximum grafts, the highest density. It is worth pausing on two questions before accepting the offer.
The first: what if you don't need that many? Your donor area is finite. Every graft taken is gone for good. A clinic that harvests the maximum today leaves you nothing in reserve for later, when your hair loss may have progressed and you need it most. Hair loss is a long road — a good plan accounts for the whole road, not just today.
The second: what makes anyone certain every graft will survive? Grafts are living tissue. How they are extracted, how they are kept, at what temperature, for how long, and how they are placed — all of it decides how many actually take. A high number harvested is not the same as a high number that grows.
We plan around what your case needs and what your donor area can sustainably give — today and in the years ahead. Sometimes that is fewer grafts than a patient expects. We would rather tell you the truth than sell you a number.

The best result is the one no one notices.
Most people who fear a hair transplant are not afraid of the surgery. They are afraid of the result — the obvious, evenly spaced, doll-like hairline that announces itself across a room. Everyone has seen one. No one wants one.
A natural hairline is not a straight line. It is irregular. The hairs at the very front are fine and sit at soft, varied angles; they grow denser and stronger behind. Recreating that takes a physician to design the front and create each site by hand — and a trained team to place the grafts follicle by follicle under direct supervision.
Done properly, no one will know you had anything done. They will only notice that you look like yourself again — the way you used to, or the way you were always meant to.
A decade of practice. One uncompromising standard.
Hair Transplant Bali is part of the GraftLab group — a hair transplant collective founded over a decade ago and now operating clinics across Southeast Asia. What began as a single practice has grown into a regional network bound by one shared protocol and one standard of care.
The group is led, in total, by ten Hair Transplant Physicians — a team of surgeons, dermatologists and physicians who plan and perform every case to the same protocol. We invest in best-in-class equipment and instruments, and we keep our technique at the forefront of the field. Our doctors regularly attend ISHRS World Conferences and workshops, FUE Asia Conferences, and other local meetings — constantly updating their knowledge so the latest techniques reach every patient who sits down with us.
Trusted medical hands.
Your procedure is performed by a clinical team working to the international standard for hair transplant. The physician plans the procedure, designs the hairline, makes every incision, and performs the extraction. A trained team harvests, prepares and places the grafts. A doctor supervises every step, from the first incision to the last graft placed. Nothing that affects your appearance is left to chance.

Dr. Nurul Fadjriansyah, MD
Director & Lead Hair Transplant Physician, Bali
Dr. Nurul leads every procedure at Hair Transplant Bali. She is a licensed medical doctor and an alumna of Universitas Indonesia — the country's #1 ranked medical university and one of Southeast Asia's most prestigious institutions.
She gained international clinical experience in Turkey and Malaysia, completing a six-month professional residency under Dr. Inder — a Fellow of the ISHRS and Diplomate of the ABHRS — a rare and elite mentorship in Southeast Asia. She practises FUE and FUT, beard and eyebrow transplants, female hairline lowering and M-shaped transplant, with a particular focus on artistic hairline design.
In every procedure she plans the work, designs the hairline, and performs the incisions herself, supervising from beginning to end.
Dr. Madesatria, MD
Dermatologist · Hair & Aesthetic Medicine Specialist
Dr. Madesatria is a board-certified dermatologist with a deep interest in aesthetic medicine and hair transplant. He earned his medical degree at Wijaya Kusuma University in Surabaya and completed his dermatology specialisation at Udayana University — Bali's most prestigious medical institution and one of Southeast Asia's leading centres for dermatological science.
He further trained at Gatot Subroto Army Hospital in Jakarta in Botox, dermal fillers, threadlifts, and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. At Hair Transplant Bali he leads our non-surgical hair and scalp work, with a calm bedside manner and an artistic eye for natural, individualised results.

We don't send one doctor. We send the whole team.
Hair transplant changes constantly — in technique, technology, and in what is known about how grafts survive. A clinic is only as current as the people performing the procedure. So the whole team trains — not the physician alone, but every member of the team who will work on your case.
It begins with a residency: every member of our clinical team completes months of training and supervised live work in our protocol under Dr. Inder, a Fellow of the ISHRS and Diplomate of the ABHRS. Hair transplant is precise work; it is learned slowly, case by case, in experienced hands.
From there, the team keeps current together. Members take turns attending the field's leading congresses and workshops — this June the entire GraftLab clinical group travels to the FUE Global World Congress 2026 in Guangzhou, to train in regenerative hair transplant, long-hair FUE, and the latest work on graft survival. The learning does not stop there: the team is regularly retrained, overseas and in-house, so the standard only ever moves forward.
When you choose Hair Transplant Bali, you are not relying on what one person learned years ago. You are choosing a team that keeps current, together.
This is what careful work looks like.

International Standard
We work to the international standard for hair transplant — a recognised protocol, followed in every procedure, by every member of the team.
Our Method Comes From the Source
Dr. Inder, our group's founder, was trained personally by Dr. John Cole — one of the people who shaped modern follicular extraction. Our protocol is built on his method, and the extraction equipment we use, in every clinic including Bali, is his.
We Use the Right Equipment
Cole Instruments from the United States for extraction. Carl Zeiss surgical loupes from Germany — the magnification used in microsurgery. The tools careful work requires. We name them because we have them.
We Do Only Hair Transplant
It is the only thing we do, every day, across the group — physicians, dermatologists and trained clinical teams in three countries, dedicated to this one thing. That is how a clinic becomes good at something: by not doing anything else.
Every Decision Is Made by a Physician
The plan, the hairline, the incisions — all made by the physician, with the procedure supervised from the first graft to the last.
We Protect Your Donor Area
We take only what your case needs, and we keep your future in reserve. We do not sell maximum-graft packages.
You Are Not the First
Thousands of people have been through this protocol before you, over more than ten years — millions of grafts placed by hand. You are in experienced hands.
Five questions to ask any hair transplant clinic.
Most of what matters in hair transplant happens out of sight. These five questions tend to separate careful clinics from the rest. Ask them of anyone you consider — including us.
- 01
Who will actually make the incisions and design my hairline?
The hairline is the most visible part of the result. It should be designed and made by the physician — not delegated to a technician.
- 02
How many grafts do I actually need — and who decides?
A plan built around your case protects your donor area. A plan built around a 'maximum' package protects the clinic's invoice.
- 03
What magnification and equipment do you use?
Follicles are sub-millimetre. Careful clinics work under surgical magnification. Some still work with the naked eye.
- 04
Will the people performing my procedure be here for my follow-up?
Recovery and aftercare matter as much as the surgery. A team that flies in and out cannot provide continuity of care.
- 05
What credential does your physician hold in hair transplant specifically?
Hair transplant has its own international board — the ABHRS. A general medical or surgical licence is not the same thing.
We don't promise miracles. We do careful work.
When the protocol is followed properly — careful extraction, correct graft handling, a physician-designed hairline, supervised placement — graft survival is high. In our hands it is consistently around 95 percent.
We will not offer you a guarantee. No honest hair transplant physician can guarantee a biological outcome.
What we offer instead is a protocol designed to give your grafts the best possible chance, a team accountable for every step, and the willingness to tell you honestly — before anything begins — what you can realistically expect. If you are not a good candidate for surgery, we will tell you that too.
The best way to decide is to come and understand.
A good decision about hair transplant is rarely made from an advertisement. It is made by understanding your own situation — your hair loss, your donor supply, what is realistic, and what it would take. That is what a consultation is for. Take our 60-second estimate for a first picture, or come in and let us walk you through it properly. Either way, you will leave understanding your options — whether or not you choose us.
