We collect information you give us directly when you contact us — including your name, mobile number, email address, and photographs of your hair that you send via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email for assessment purposes.
We do not use website forms to collect your data. All direct communications are through messaging channels you initiate.
We may also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) through analytics tools, in aggregate and without personal identification.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide assessments
- Schedule and conduct consultations
- Plan and carry out your procedure, if you choose to proceed
- Communicate with you about your care
We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside the clinic.
Photographs
Photographs you send us are used for medical assessment purposes only, by our medical team. They are held in confidence and are not shared, published, or used in any marketing material without your explicit written consent.
Before-and-after photographs published on this website have been obtained with the written consent of each patient.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable legal and medical record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
Third parties
We use the following third-party platforms through which you may contact us: Meta Messenger (m.me/hairtransplantinbali) and WhatsApp. These platforms have their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle messages sent through them.
We do not share your personal information with other third parties.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant Indonesian data protection authority
